After walking past the trade center of the Dolpo region, Dho Tarap, and Tokyu village, you will be ascending to Numa La Pass. There are two Numa La passes: North Numa La Pass, which is at a height of 5,238 meters, and another is South Numa La Pass, which is at a height of 5,310 meters.
